I’ll recommend and order investigative lab work. You’ll leave with clear next steps, and receive a written action plan within two business days.

Most patients see me every 4–6 weeks until goals are reached, then shift to maintenance.

Yes, when needed. I use advanced functional testing such as hormone panels (DUTCH), microbiome sequencing, and metabolic/immune markers, along with expanded standard bloodwork.

No. I avoid “supplement overwhelm.” Each recommendation has a clear purpose and timeframe. Many patients use fewer supplements with me than with prior providers.

No. As a licensed acupuncturist and certified nutritionist, I use food, herbal medicine, and supplements. I also support patients already using prescriptions by helping minimize side effects and coordinating with other providers.
