ROOT CAUSE functional medicine
Hormone symptoms aren’t random. They’re signals.
Fatigue, mood swings, hot flashes, painful periods, bloating, and brain fog often appear together for a reason. They’re connected through shared root causes—which we work together to uncover.

ROOT CAUSE functional medicine
If your gut is off, everything is off.
Reflux, bloating, constipation, indigestion, and diarrhea are signs that your gut isn’t regulating properly. Too often these symptoms are written off under the vague label of “IBS,” when in fact they have root causes that can be identified and addressed.

ROOT CAUSE functional medicine
I live with autoimmunity. I focus on what drives it.
Autoimmune symptoms like joint pain, systemic inflammation, and fatigue often travel together, pointing toward underlying causes that can be uncovered. My work focuses on targeting these drivers and reducing inflammation at the source.

ROOT CAUSE functional medicine
Fatigue and weight resistance are metabolic red flags.
Energy crashes, brain fog, and stubborn weight changes are your body’s way of signaling that your metabolic systems need attention.

ROOT CAUSE EAST ASIAN medicine
Rooted in tradition, guided by a different model.
East Asian medicine also takes a root-cause approach. I use tongue observation, pulse diagnosis, and palpation to identify the patterns underlying the symptoms. This model is different: we describe disruptions in the flow of “qi” and blood, and use acupuncture needles to release blockages and restore the body’s self-regulation.
