New Patient Options
Acupuncture Initial Visit
This 75-minute visit ($151) allows time for an intake interview, initial treatment, and a recommended treatment plan. Dr. Laura is a contracted provider for Aspire, Landmark, Pinnacle, and MediCal (Central Coast Alliance is coming soon). She can bill other carriers if it’s a PPO plan with acupuncture coverage. Co-pays, deductibles, and benefit limitations may apply. Please verify your coverage so you know what you’re responsible for on the day of service.
Functional Medicine Initial Visit
This 75-minute visit ($364) includes Dr. Laura’s time to review your case before your visit and follow up afterward with lab orders and a clear and concise written treatment plan. It also includes access to the private patient portal for brief follow-up questions for 30 days. Unfortunately, we cannot bill insurance for functional medicine. However, we can issue a super bill that you can submit to your plan for potential reimbursement.
Functional Medicine Plus Acupuncture Initial Visit
This 120-minute deluxe visit ($463) combines a Functional Medicine Initial Visit with an acupuncture treatment.
Functional Medicine Monthly Healing Package – Save $105.00!
Functional medicine is rarely a “one-and-done” appointment. It takes time to solve and heal multiple symptoms that have plagued you for months or years. Dr. Laura’s typical patients require a follow-up visit every four to six weeks to reach their goals. The Monthly Healing Package saves money and provides the means for transformative, deeper, consistent work.
This package includes an initial 75-minute visit, followed by two 60-minute (maxi) visits over three months, with unlimited patient portal support during this time! You pay three equal payments of $291 over three months.
Autoimmune Recovery Program
This special program called Road to Remission is explicitly created for women with autoimmune and other inflammatory conditions. This four-month program includes sessions with Dr. Laura and our certified functional health coach. Learn more and apply here.
Return Patient Options
Acupuncture Return Visit
This 60-minute visit ($99) allows time to check in about your progress and receive an acupuncture treatment. This fee is discounted to $95 with payment by cash, check, or Venmo.
Weekly Acupuncture Package – Save $53.00!
If you’re coming for weekly acupuncture, we offer a package of five visits over a six-week timeframe ($442).
Functional Medicine MAXI Return Visit
This 60-minute visit ($307) includes Dr. Laura’s time to review your case before your visit and follow up afterward with lab orders and a clear and concise written treatment plan. It also includes access to the private patient portal for brief follow-up questions for 30 days. This fee is discounted to $295 with payment by cash, check, or Venmo.
Functional Medicine MIDI Phone Visit
This 30-minute PHONE visit ($156) is for patients who have worked with Dr. Laura in the past 12 months and have limited issues to discuss during a 30-minute phone call. If your needs are complex, this will be bumped up to a 60-minute MAXI visit.
Functional Medicine MIDI with Acupuncture! – for “regular” acupuncture patients
For those of you who see Dr. Laura regularly for acupuncture (weekly, biweekly, or monthly), this option offers a straightforward way to integrate functional medicine into your sessions. This extended 90-minute visit ($255) allows for an acupuncture treatment plus 30 minutes (equivalent to a Functional Medicine MIDI) to order and review labs and tailor dietary, supplement, herbal, or hormonal protocols. Discounted to $245 with payment by cash, check, or Venmo.
Functional Medicine MINI Phone Visit
This 15-minute PHONE visit ($78) is for patients who have worked with Dr. Laura in the past 12 months and have a brief question or want to place a lab order. (Lab orders require diagnostic and procedure codes attached to an appointment). If your needs are complex, this will be bumped up to a 30-minute MIDI visit.
