You can easily book online here. If you need help or have questions, you can call or text 831.655.9611. Our office manager is available for live calls Monday through Friday from 9–10 AM. Outside of those hours, leave a message, and your call will be returned between 10 AM and 4 PM.

We offer acupuncture, functional medicine, or a combination of both. You can see a full list of our services here. If you’re unsure which appointment to choose, you can book a 20-minute discovery call with Laura ($67) to discuss your concerns. You can also call or text 831.655.9611 for guidance.

No, a consultation is included in your initial acupuncture appointment, so there’s no need to book one separately.

You can schedule a 20-minute discovery call ($67) here if you’d like to speak with Laura before becoming a patient. This is completely optional.

We require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations:

• Less than 2 hours’ notice or a no-show results in a full appointment fee.
• Less than 48 hours’ notice results in a 50% fee, unless we can fill your appointment slot.

If it’s more than 48 hours before your appointment, you can reschedule online here and select “Manage Appointments.” You can also call or text us at 831.655.9611 to request a change.

We are in-network with Aspire, Landmark, CCAH, and Coastal for acupuncture, though coverage varies. If you have a PPO plan (e.g., Blue Shield, Anthem, CIGNA) that covers acupuncture, we require payment at the time of service and will submit the claim for you to be reimbursed directly.

We do not bill insurance for functional medicine, but we can provide a superbill for potential reimbursement.

Our general hours are Monday through Friday, 10 AM–6 PM, but this varies by location (Capitola, Monterey, Virtual) and practitioner. When booking online here, you’ll see available hours for each location.

Monterey: 700 Cass St. Suite 116 – Reserved parking is available right outside.

Capitola: 824 Bay Ave Suite 20 – Several parking lots are nearby.

Both offices are on the ground floor for easy access.
