Our office does provide the courtesy of insurance billing for Laura's acupuncture patients. Laura Paris is a provider for Community Health Plan, and she is also able to bill insurance companies such as Anthem Blue Cross, Blue Shield, United, and Aetna, among others. Laura is covered by the local plans MCSIG and CALPERS. If we are not familiar with your plan you will need to call your company to find out your acupuncture coverage. We are not at this time able to bill Medicare and Medical.

Patients are responsible for paying the difference if insurance does not pay Laura's full cash fee of $110 initial visit / $75 followup. We require that you read and agree to the insurance form that is included in the Acupuncture Forms.
