Laura and Seth Paris utilize many tools to help people reduce pain and recover from pain. One of their primary methods of reducing orthopedic pain is the Feldenkrais Method. You can attend Feldenkrais group classes, which have an immediate pain relieving effect. Laura and Seth have been teaching these classes for 15 years, and have seen positive changes with all types of people - from the highly athletic to the severely limited. Seth also offers Feldenkrais individual sessions for a one-on-one tailored approach to moving out of pain.
