| The Feldenkrais Method® is a unique approach to human movement and learning. It is one of the best ways to restore function after an injury, to recover from chronic pain, to enhance athletic performance, as well as to generally improve flexibility, ease in movement and relaxation. There are two formats: group classes and hands-on bodywork sessions. In both formats, you learn better body mechanics and discover natural flexibility and comfort. As you let go of unnecessary muscular effort, you move more in accordance with the design of the skeleton. This leads to a reduction of strain and tension throughout the whole body and results in increased strength, grace and well-being. This learning is applied to improve all of life's daily activities, as well as athletic and artistic skills.
